This Information Text Regarding the Sending of Commercial Electronic Messages has been prepared by Birleşim Grup Enerji Yatırımları Anonim Şirketi (“BİRLEŞİM”) as the data controller, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), to inform you about the processing of your personal data.
In this context, the personal data processed, the purposes of processing, the collection method and legal basis of your personal data, the parties to whom your personal data may be transferred, and your rights as a data subject are detailed below.

Your personal data, obtained through automated or non-automated means, may be processed by BİRLEŞİM as the data controller for the purpose of sending promotional and marketing-related commercial electronic messages via SMS, phone calls, email, or other communication methods, to inform you about the products and services offered by BİRLEŞİM.
3. Collection Method and Legal Basis for Personal Data
Your personal data is collected in accordance with Article 5(1) of the Law No. 6698 and the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563, as well as related legislation, based on your explicit consent. Personal data is collected legally through forms filled out on our website or other methods, either automatically or non-automatically. The personal data collected through these channels is processed based on the following legal grounds:
- The explicit consent of the data subject,
- The necessity of data processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, within the scope of the purposes specified above, to our domestic suppliers, business partners, third-party service providers (such as companies that send commercial messages via SMS, email, or phone; advertising agencies; software support providers), authorized public institutions, and legally authorized private persons or entities, in compliance with the conditions for personal data transfer specified in the relevant articles of the Law.
5. Rights of the Data Subject Under Article 11 of the Law No. 6698
You have the following rights regarding your personal data processed by BİRLEŞİM as specified in Article 11 of the Law:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information about the processing of your personal data,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether your personal data is used in accordance with the purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request the correction of incomplete or incorrect data and to request notification of such correction to third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with Article 7 of the Law and to request notification of this to third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
- To object to the processing of your data exclusively by automated means resulting in a disadvantageous outcome,
- To request compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.
You may submit your requests regarding your rights as a data subject in writing, along with documents verifying your identity, to the address “Dudullu OSB Mah. 1. Cad. Birleşim Grup No:3 İç Kapı No:1 Ümraniye/Istanbul” by hand, via notary, or by other methods specified in the Law. Alternatively, you may send the relevant form and documents with a secure electronic signature to the email address birlesimgrupenerji@hs02.kep.tr.
6. Update of the Information Text
BİRLEŞİM reserves the right to periodically review, update, amend, revise, or change this information text and its methods of processing personal data. In case of any updates, the revised Information Text and Policies will be published on the website https://www.birlesimgrupenerji.com/. The updated terms will become effective as of their publication date.
