ULUDER KAHRAMANMARAS 2 SPP AS
Uluder Kahramanmaraş 1 licensed solar power plant, It was established in Kahramanmaraş Elbistan within Uluder Elektrik Üretim AŞ. Installation work started in April 2021, and the power plant was commissioned and started production in August 2021.
Built on 196 acres of land, the power plant has 49,440 panels and is connected to the Afşin-Thermal A Substation, 12 km away, via a 477 MCM line at medium voltage level.

With a 77.98% performance rate at the Niğde Edikli location, which has a radiation intensity of 1,652 kWh/kWp/year, 1,423 MWh in the lowest month and 2,669 MWh in the highest month, generating 25 million kWh of electricity in total for the year.
Thus, with the electricity capacity to be generated annually, the electricity energy needs of 8.197 houses are met and when environmental factors are taken into consideration, 15.941 tons of carbon emissions are prevented while generating approximately 25 million kWh of electricity.
The power plant is entitled to YEKDEM (Renewable Energy Resources Support Mechanism) support until August 2030.
