Licensed Menekşe Wind Power Plant is located within Menekşe Renewable Energy and Electricity Generation Co. Menekşe WPP, established in Yozgat, Sorgun-Çekerek region, started to generate electricity in January 2025. It is planned to generate 73,500 MWh per year with a production capacity of 24 MWm on 177 acres of land. The targeted annual carbon emission amount of Menekşe WPP is 45,360 tonnes.
